The lady that works the drive through teller #18 is the RUDEST bank teller i have EVER dealt with. After asking for a manager and her faking to go get one, and then after i deposited my check and her threatening to make the entire amount available 3 days later instead of what she told me which was that part was going to be available the next day and I'm pretty sure that is illegal in some way. I will NEVER go back to this location.

The most prehistoric operation I've come across to date. I get direct deposit and with all of my other credit unions funds are available the day before or at midnight on the deposit date. With Railroad, I have to wait until after 8am when the bank opens and flips on the switch for me to even see that my deposit was made. Also, even if I walk inside to deposit a check there is always a 3 business day hold on MY MONEY which makes no sense to me. The website is never accurate or never shows me any pending ACH information available as with other credit unions there system is real-time not Railroads time. There are no acct change options to make changes to my acct ie. Add an authorized user etc. Planning to open an acct wit uh Grow Financial because they make the share holder's life more convenient and easier to be able to see or utilize and mange my acct without having the inconvenience of taking extra time away from my already hectic life and work to handle simple transactions. There really need to step their game up cause right now they're losing the race.
