Grow Financial Federal Credit Union in Tampa, FL

This location is possibly the worst bank branch I have ever been to. I had to sit and wait for an account representative to become available, which doesn't sound bad by itself. What makes this worse is that management allows both (they only have two from what I could tell) go on lunch at the same time. So I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes just for them to get back. A normal manager would have been intelligent enough to stagger these to eliminate wait time to the consumer. On top of that, when I did finally meet with an account rep, it took her another 10 minutes just to make a withdraw. Finally, by the time I had been there an hour, I was told she couldn't complete the reason I was there because of a technical malfunction. It took an hour to hear that. Horrible. I hope I never have to go back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Second time with horrible service from this branch. It seems all account representatives go to lunch at the exact same time. Then when you see them coming back from lunch they sit at their desk for a good 30-45 minutes before getting up and asking for the next person that needed help. Another day I waited over 2 1/2 hours to make a business transaction at this branch, just to be transferred to another incompetent representative. Come to find out their internet was down and they didn't even have the courtesy to let you know they were unable to help you. I guess they didn't care if they wasted a customers time and money, because after all they were still getting paid per hour.

It gives me great please to post this review in relation to my outstanding experience with Grow Financial. I had never done business with Grow Financial before and decided to give them a try. Visiting the branch on Sheldon, I was assigned to work with Amanda DeJesus. I found Amanda to be extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my banking needs. If you are in need of professional banking services and outstanding customer service, I would highly recommend giving Amanda DeJesus and Grow Financial a try.

Worst ever. The lady was so rude and judged me immediately. She didn't know I had already heard the conversation she spoke with someone about my account. She doesn't know my situation to try and not send out my credit card all because she doesn't know me. Like I go to the bank all the time and I've been a member for years. And I've never had a banker no want to help me because she hasn't seen me before. Pissed me off and I told her I no longer wanted her help at this location. Both of the ladies that handled my account have the worst customer service!! Never will I stop there again!

Was a customer for years until they wouldn't service my children's ssi accounts anymore, then tried to take they're money
