My agent, Josh Rosensweet, was an angel. He spoke real English, not banking jargon, and shopped for the best mortgage for me. When we found the best mortgage, he patiently and cheerfully walked me through it all. I was buying a home in Florida while living in PA and it was quite an adventure working through all the computer paperwork and the endless details the underwriters require. Couldn't have done it without Josh. My mortgage processor was equally patient and very accommodating. Cheers to both. I would definitely recommend GSF to anyone if those two people are representative of GSF personnel, especially since I had a bad experience with another large bank that was very impersonal and not at all helpful.
