Cadence Bank - Sarasota Branch in Sarasota, FL

I have been with superior bank since it was peoples community bank and well i can say honestly that they are getting worse as a banker though out the time of Superior bank taken over the bank.. ive had fees for checks they returned and wouldn't pay and me and my husband watch our online banking with them and see funny stuff happening with our money in our accounts and online banking has went down from great to very very poor since Superior bank took over peoples community bank.. My husband had put cash in his account and that usually automatic show usually but it took them 24hrs to show online and ATM. And we made ACH and it was to post Monday morning 3-21-11. and it took longer so I'm very curious what they are doing with all our money when they are playing games with our money..

I signed some CD's that had not matured and waited an unbelievably long time for my money. I had some CD's that matured on 11/15. I signed and mailed them so they would be received by the maturity date. Two weeks ago, I was assured that they had been received and that mailing confirmation would be handled on 12/1. As of 12/12 I have received nothing. I was penalized for early withdrawal the first time. I'm sure I will receive no interest for Superior holding my money. It will be a month or more before it can clear Superior, even if it arrives tomorrow, Saturday.
