We are not first time home buyers. We just bought our third home. Finding a good loan is a potentially stressful process, and considering some prior not-so-good experiences (having a loan not go through three days before closing), we wanted a seamless loan process. Some of our friends had used Academy Mortgage in the past, and so Avi came highly recommended. Not only he didn't disappoint, he exceeded what I have come to expect from mortgage lenders. His process is very personal, and personalized. He explains everything, makes sure one understands even the tiniest of details, answers all your questions, and gets things done in an organized and timely fashion. This was my second experience with Avi and I have never felt more comfortable in dealing with a lender. Subsequently I have recommended Avi Bastajian to a couple of my friends, and that kind of a recommendation becomes my responsibility so it had better be correct.

Tim Garret and the rest of Primary Residential Mortgage were FANTASTIC!!! Tim, Avi and Rebecca were all just so easy to work with. They make you feel like you are there only customer with how attentive they are with all your needs and special situations!! I had knee replacement surgery which caused some issues with the underwriters and they were able to help us work it all out. Dealing with Tim made me feel like i gained a friend and not just a mortgage broker!! He spent so many hrs after hrs making sure EVERYTHING was taken care of and we missed nothing!!! They got all my moneys worth with the available concesions towards purchase in my contract. Always kept me informed and were just a phone call away with any questions, big or small, I wanted to know the answer to. I really cant say enough about the entire team. Even the cup of coffe i got while waiting to meet Tim the first time was perfect hahaha . Seriously, Avi runs a very tight ship at Primary with a family feel. There is NO CHANCE, I will use anyone else if I ever make another purchase!!!
