I Find the tellers here to be extremely professional at the same time warm, what I mean by that, is that each time I go in I am greeted by my name, and asked how is my day. What I really appreciate is that a rep would make eye contact with me, and inform me they will be with me as soon as possible, even if they are with another cient, that to me is outstanding customer service!

Gets busy but has outdoor and drive up ATM. Easy access off John Young and offers $20/$50 bills. Parking is issue during busy hours but other than that it's a great in n out location.

I was next on the list to be seen by a personal banker and my name was scratched out. When I told the lady who had went to greet her little friends that I was before them she still proceeded to help them and gave me the excuse that they speak Spanish as if that made what she did somehow acceptable. I did tell the manager, did not make a scene and although staff was apologetic they were almost excusing of what she did. I like how every one in the lobby was unmoved and even laughing and bickering. You cannot conduct yourselves this way and act like you want equality and treatment. You are not superior to anyone and are in for a rude awakening here in white America.

Love this branch! Everyone is always smiling and the energy is great. The tellers always welcome me as soon as I walk in the door which is pretty cool. The service manager there named Ledia also really goes out of the way to make sure that your financial needs were taken care of before I leave. Great bank!
