Been a member for a five years. This bank offer so many solutions that other popular banks refuses to help you as a customer. The customer service there are super professionalism and care for us as customers. I have referred 8 people and they continue thanking me for joining this bank. Able to have my first credit card and have loans which were refused from other major banks. This bank will have you stuck with continuous luck! It is a relief to go somewhere and no one is disrespectful at this place of business.

Terrible customer service and ridiculously high rates! The worst bank ever!

Customer service is bad. They never answer the phone and you can't pay with a Bank of America debit card or chase they you will pay a 10 dollar fee. If you call to pay also you will pay 10 dollar fee. I don't like this bank at all.
