I started out with Navy Federal Credit Union in 1991. With the Lady's in the Miami office my kids were baby's a the time. At this time there young adults and also enjoys the full of Navy Federal accounts . For me and my family Navy Federal is Family. For so many years Navy Federal has all ways been there for us. Thank you so much for you do for my family. And special the Miami office. Love you Lady's so much.

This is long overdue, but 3-4 years ago the branch manager helped me sell a car while I was in San Diego to a local in Miami. She went out of her way to personally accept the cash deposit, verify the bills were OK and give the person who bought my car a letter stating everything was official. Because of this I was able to sell my car for a good amount to someone I never met, which is not the best situation to put yourself in. I wouldn't have sold it any other way, no transfers, wires, etc. Cash in hand to the bank, and the manager stepping up to handle this. Wish I remembered her name, but very happy this went smoothly. Try getting that level of customer service at any other bank!

I want to give a special thanks to Grace! I went in for a car loan and she made the process so easy to get approved. In one hour I was in and out with a approval checking in my hand. From the beginning to end she was very professional and friendly, and she will go above and beyond to assist customer. I will recommend Navy Federal to all my friends and families.
