Buchwald Jewelers in Miami, FL

The place is nice. But the customer service is horrible. The staff likes to tease people. They would pre-judge people by how they dress before they say anything to you. They would always say things to customer like they are not 'high class' enough to deserve their jewelry. Especially Randy, she talked to me like I was nobody. I just refused she offer politely afterward.I am sure the company is a good one. But the staff would keep me away from them. Nobody would like to be treated like that. If that was a self-service jewelry store, I would recommend it to everybody. Hope the company can see this comment and do something about it. So far, not planning to go back ever. Good luck for those who got a 'good' customer service.

I love this store but more specifically Joe. He is well versed with jewelry, the inventory and is respectful to your choices. Many jewelry sales people are pushy and want to upswell. Joe hears what you want and helps you find just the right thing at the best price around. His bosses should promote him to Joe the King of Jewelry.

Best Jeweler in town. Great service. I have purchased a lot of items over the years and they always have best prices compared to other stores.

Be careful with Buchwald They tell you the diamonds are a great investment One piece I bought for around $80,000 was a good example I asked if they would buy the piece back and was offered around half the price and they questioned the quality of one of the large stones. They sold me the piece with that stone in it! Not nice
