Triad Financial Services, Inc. (NMLS #1063) in Jacksonville, FL

This company granted us a pre-approved loan for a mobile home for over $82,000. We found one for $62,500 and we had $10,000 for a down payment. We paid $500 in ernest money for the home. A week later they turned down the loan saying they did not approve the loan. Yet we have and even gave a copy to the realtor of the pre-approval. Not a company to work with. Not very honest in their dealings. Would give a NEGATIVE star if I could.

Costumer services are rude dont help in your problem.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would the woman we have been having to deal with is named Annette and she works in the Illinois office I believe. Right off the bat the woman was as rude as can be we have already turned in our down payment because the needed it "on time" well our paper work specifically states estimated closing date is feb. 27 well here we are the next day and still no closing papaerwork why can we do what you need on time but you can't have ours on time!?!? we have been living out of boxes because we were ready to be moved in yesterday! And yet when we call to find out what's going on and why we still haven't received our closing papaerwork this rude woman says in a VERY rude tone "there's nothing I can do for you it will be there when it gets there." If you have the option to work with a different mortgage company I would most deffinantly suggest you do! Even if there rates for interest are higher I would rather pay the extra money than to have to deal with these jerks!!!!
