What is going on!?????? I've been paying a cosigner release for my brothers student loan that I set up through Sallie Mae for the past 3 years. Now I tried to confirm that I have only 1 payment left, and no one answers the phone with the 1 number provided. It keeps sending me to an extension number to leave a message. I've left 3 today. Is everyone out to lunch!!? This is very frustrating!

It is a LEGITIMATE business and as with most business's they have offices all over and the people who work there are awesome people who give this company low ratings are deadbeats and need to pay their bill or by the time they finally want to handle it its no longer with a company

Continually contacts my business with an automated message. We have no one here that has any ties to this company nor owes any outstanding debts.

These people are great at their job. Yes, I owed money and they called me until I answered the phone. But that is their job right? The man I spoke (his name is Ashok) with was kind, courteous and patient as I asked multiple questions to verify the validity of the company. They really pushed to get the payment made by the end of the month (again, their job) and were willing to discount my total amount owed by over 60% so I could get it payed off.

The people making the positive comments are obviously fake reviewers. This company does not seem to be very legit. They just called claiming I owed over 200 dollars for my gas bill. I knew I was up to date on my bills and had no issues. The extremely rude lady kept trying to pressure me to admit that I owed money. NOO!!!!! super sketchy loaded questions and lack of professionalism. I was just trying to get her to slow down and explain to me what they thought I owed. Apparently they are either incapable of rational thought and were very goal driven. She just kept demanding I confess, asking me if I lived at the address they had on file, which was in no way associated with the bill they were claiming to pursue.... interesting. So, I called my gas provider.... I owed no such money according to them. Also I tried to call back the company several times with no response. Interesting, if this isn't a scam I don't know what they are... definitely not a legitimite BBB company with any sort of positive track record. AMERICA!!!
