Very poor treatment and customer service. Denied help for both cashing a check, as well as speaking to a banker or manager about an unauthorized charge on my account. Told, to my face, "Don't bother, the results are always the same", and "We can take money from your account whenever we feel like it, if we feel that you owe us." Ended up filing a corporate complaint against this branch. Terrible, unprofessional service, ended up crying and humiliated by the staff.

My first experience was a phone call that I did have to wait 3 minutes for a live operator. I was greeted by a polite Leslie who kindly answered my question about a personal check from a different bank. The real treat was when I visited the branch personally. Mecca was possibly one of the best Customer Service Representatives I've ever met. Charming with a warm smile she greeted me in a tone and manner that one would extend to an old friend. After informing her of my quest for odd bills such as $2 she diligently searched and rewarded me with what I sought. It was extremely nice to see someone caring so much about the service that they gave to another. P.S. Out of necessity I had to sell something of moderate material but extremely high sentimental value to pay medicinal bills. After parting with this I was deeply saddened. She wasn't able end my sadness but she did alleviate it. That kind of service is something that you can't buy.
