This particular Wachovia Branch is horrible. The ATM outside routinely keeps cards and is broken. The ATM is touchscreen and often sends out the wrong amount of money. The last time this happened, it caused my account to overdraft and they refused to refund the money. What a bunch of thieves! I know A scam when I see it. They went on to tell me the ATM works fine. HA! Ask anyone who has used this ATM it is not fine. The Branch manager was completely uncaring and said that it wasn't a bank error. Whoever is in charge of the ATM flat out called me a liar on the phone! What audacity I must have, to think that their could possibly be something wrong with their ATM. It is not hard to see why Wachovia is going out of business. Not to mention they are only open 5 hours a day? Beware of wachovia and this poorly ran branch in-particular.

I beloved this is a great branch and the ATM works fine to me. The branch manager and all the employees are very down to earth. This branch is a joy.
