I had a horrible time with the customer service on the phone. I called the Auraria branch and they made it seem like I was such an inconvenience.

I signed up when it was a convenient location. That was the only thing convenient about this company. Prepare for terrible, snotty, unhelpful, untrained customer service every time you call. Why do I still use them? Maybe just to tell you, don't join this credit union.

I've been with CUD for 3 years and I love them way more than a bank. Those negative ratings are from people that obviously haven't, or can't get accounts through the "big banks". The only thing I would improve on is the app. I've been super happy though.
