Just as another reviewer has stated, received an email telling me to proceed to next steps of process by confirming account. When I did, an account on their site was "created" for me, as soon as I log in I am shown terms for a "pre-qualified approved offer", big and bold in the middle of the screen. Nice low rate/reasonable monthly payment, but as soon as I communicate with a rep, it changed and not for the better. Bait/Switch marketing tactics all the way. Their website is pretty unreliable too, was up and down and they were not even aware of it. I would say find another more reputable/reliable company if you can. If the "feels" are shaky and shady in the beginning before the deal even begins, what are you going to expect for the duration? Oh, and I suggest you do an internet search for other reviews...some scary stuff, very not legit business practices. I received another offer from a more reliable source, went with it.

I have finally made my last payment. Over the life of my loan they have taken away modes of paying the bill mysteriously, one after another. It was to a point where I was legitimately concerned I would not be able to make my last payment because of their ridiculous times and non-functioning website(Note: I am not a stranger to computers or the internet so this was no user error.) Also worth noting that despite their name and numerous customer service reps saying they would, I never received a paper to set up automatic payments. The customer service reps are rude and care absolutely nothing about your problem. They make it terribly obvious they're just around for a paycheck. I honestly wish I could rate them lower than 1 star.

This company needs to hire people who want to answer the phone! It's nearly impossible to make payments and I feel like i'm bothering the agents anytime I have additional questions regarding my account. Wish I would have looked into this further before I worked with them!

They deserve minus stars. Honestly the worst "company" I have ever worked with. I was going to let my bad experience with them go and not post, however things changed. My car was totaled in an accident and my insurance is trying to pay off the balance of my loan. Autopay is saying my account number, which is taken off of my latest bill, is wrong. They wouldn't take my money when I first started with them either. I had to set it up on 3. Different occasions. Now one man claims he needs to transfer my agent to a different department, but it "disconnects" immediately. Then we call back with me on the line and the next woman is able to deal with the whole situation with no problems. If you value your sanity or money, do not work with this bi-polar company.
