My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Alice Schneider. This was our 2nd time buying a home and I can say without a doubt it was as smooth as possible. Alice even sent us some family board games as a thank you which the kids loved! Not only will we be recommending Veteran's United but specifically Alice to everyone we know, we will be using her services in the future as well. Thank you Alice!

I have to say I could not be more satisfied with Grant Schnieder and his team. If not for his excellence I would not have the home I live in now. Not just that, but the extra mile he has gone for two outstanding Re-Financing's. This last one brought my rate down by another .50 After receiving the usual mailers I had to ask Grant if maybe it was time to take a look at a solid, honest, no B.S. quote; and he, again, pulls it off! I would stop throwing the laurels at this, but that extra mile showed up on my doorstep, in the form of a mysterious box filled with Pizza Themed gifts. After looking through the box I found a note from Veterans United, from Grant and his team. I didn't remember saying anything about my family being in the Pizza bizz, but Grant apparently did. I guess my son's work shirt from our family's Pizza Joint tipped him off. I will take my business no where else!

Not a bad company to work with but the reason I'm giving them a 1 of 5 is because of their careless oversight. I changed employers about four moths ago and instead of telling me up front that it would be a deal breaker they wasted my time and theirs for about 2 months. I really wish they would have just given a simple "you're going to need to wait another 18 months before applying" and I would have just waited. Instead, they either didn't care or didn't pay attention (same thing) to any of the papers I had given them regarding employment. Seems that should be noticed? Melissa was nice to work with but missing that important detail and giving false hope throught the process is upsetting and disappointing. Oh well, lesson learned.

I was appalled by the customer service my husband received while on the phone with Alice. We are first time home buyers and aren't sure of the entire process that it takes to get a home loan. She called him and YELLED at him and went as far as saying "I don't understand what you don't get about this!" Never again will we be looking to go through them. I am absolutely disgusted. What a way to treat a veteran.

MIA, Loan Specialist... no every time we tried to talk to Alice in person always had an assistant talk to us. No help say they help veteran, not really do not explain the process and give up on veteran very quickly and love to use spousal background as in mine just to not approve my husband for a mortgage loan, mind you he was applying for our first home a loan and used everything in her power to keep trying to find away to say we where not approved. Once again redlining an individual due to the location they want to buy a home and using spouses debt to income to not approve my husband yet, he has no debt to income and great credit. Go else where, she loves to ignore calls, and when she finally does answer she loves yelling or trying to be a smart a. Shop around because what they may not approve another company will, the great reviews are bias and I do not think are actually accurate, and it will be an excuse after excuse. Shop around especially if you a first time home buyer because they do not care for first time home buyers.
