The folks at this location are always helpful. They're almost like close friends.

The man who signed us up for our account did it all wrong. Every month we would get these fees that we were not supposed to get with our acccount and I would have to call in and get them all reversed. Supposedly the person who reversed them had fixed it so it wouldnt happen again, but every month we would have to go through the whole cycle again! US BANK HAS WAY TOO MANY HIDDEN FEES they fail to mention when you sign up. I called to close our account and found out that to close it i would have to pay a fee of $25!!! Everyone would tell me something different and i was the one who had to suffer the consequences if it was wrong. Choose another bank...this one causes way to much stress and if you dont pay attention to your account, they will take what they can!

As a long time costumer I found that they are just for the money. Really dissapounted with the north acdamey bank. Would not listen to me made up his mind already about not helping me out. They need to apply the overdraft fee right away instead of waiting a day or two. Would I tell others about using this bank? No I would not.
