Working with John (Head of the Service Department) is competent, knowledgeable, and beyond nice and right under him is his equal in Tracy who is right there to handle any questions for you and get things done in a timely manner. I know that not only my car is in good hands but my husband Peter and I are too! It isn't just your car that is on the road it is you, your loved ones, and don't forget about others and their loved ones too! Not having a safe vehicle can cost lives...so I recommend taking your vehicle to Phil Long Lincoln and you won't have to worry about safety on the road and have peace of mind! This place is great Robert and Jim really took care of us today. The experience was even more pleasant than I expected. I could go on and on but I'll just say this is the 3rd vehicle our family has gotten in the last few months from this dealership and Robert. And we know it won't be the last. The customer care is impeccable they definitely uphold of not set the standard for the"Lincoln experience".

Great place to buy a vehicle. This dealership is outstanding in service. The inventory is limited and moves quickly, but after driving a lincoln i can see why. Service department is also very professional and went the extra mile to squeeze us in for an oil change when we were running late and they were getting ready to go home.

Amazing customer service. I couldn't be happier. Shampooed and vacuumed my car for free and even though they had my vehicle for a few days, it was an easy fix so it was free of charge. Tracey and Toni are the best!

The salesperson attempted to be helpful. The "finance" guy (this was a mostly cash deal) also attempted to be helpful. The sales manager, despite the written customer service credo over each exterior door, was rude and offensive. One does expect to "negotiate", or "horse trade" when exchanging a used vehicle and a lot of cash (actual green cash money) for another used vehicle. One does not expect to be condescended to, or insulted in one's hearing range but not to one's face. Of course, every courtesy was extended to a rather well-off couple who appeared to be purchasing a high dollar vehicle, or perhaps having one serviced. I told the sales manager I would never shop there again, I told the salesperson I would not return. The kind of hypocrisy the sales manager demonstrated is a slap in the face to anyone trying to give good customer service. I realize in the grand scheme of the Phil Long enterprise, my transaction is paltry; but why post the words above your door......if it's really "every customer, every time", then live the words......walk the talk, and if not, I know a guy who'll paint over those words for ya, Mr. Sales Manager.
