This time I had a different advisor than the last time. The last one was not efficient, but this time I had Jay. He was outstanding. I am going to request Jay next time I need service.

This place is only alive, because of Military Service Members and Veterans. Let me tell you as one of those members don't go here. Drive to a dealership not in a military city, because they do not know what it's like to serve (or even know what it's like for those who serve them). Semper Fi. Go to another location! They may seem honest, but they have spent a lot of time and training to be the best civilian con-artists in the business (car salesmen). Read more reviews and you will see the words like "sleeze bags"! LMAO!!!! Constant one star reviews and if you go here you will know why. Oh and did you know that auto sales are 20% of the state's revenue. That's why they can treat you like crap and get away with high pressure sales tactics. If the "middleman" the dealership was out of the picture your car would be $1800.00 dollars cheaper. Cool. PSYOP Hoah. Black Knights!

Been trying to cancel extended service warranty and obtain refund (due since car totaled) since July, 2016. Countless phone calls and emails with no result. On 11/22 was told I would have refund in 7-10 days. Still no refund as of 12/8/16. Was promised overnight UPS deliver which never happened. No apology or explanation for these delays. Worst customer service I have encountered. Phone calls not returned.

WOWED! Went to use my oil change coupon book for both my husband and my cars and realized I lost my coupon book. Marty allowed me more time to look before I paid for Car#1, while I dropped of Car#2 and then later I was talking to Mikey and he offered to look in my car for the coupon book in case it fell out of my purse and found it! Nice guys, good service, what more could I ask for - Ginger
