Everything priced really close to retail no budging on prices and when you go to pawn your stuff you get about 10% of what it's worth I do not recommend awful place if you can find another pawn shop I would recommend that

What a joke. I've been in multiple times to try to get a loan or sell my computer.. Each time it's different and they lie to my face about what they could get it for.. No credible sources terrible customer service. Hope everyone else has better luck here.. I'm never coming back

They try to say it was something wrong with my merchandise to knock down the price so sad this store is so pathetic

Scam artist scum. One day from payday and i didnt have gas to get home. Stopped in there to get a short term loan on some electronics. Thought "no big deal, ill pawn this gps and get $20. Put gas in, get home and to work and ill be good." Nope. As soon as i mentioned i was stranded and absolutely had to pawn something, dude got a big grin on his face and commenced screwing me. Long story short, i ended up leaving there having pawned my $200 garmin for $3 and my gopro cam for $2. Will never return. Ripoff.

One of the most insulting customer service experiences of my life. I was looking at buying an mp3 player, and the guy "helping" me starts off by making ridiculous claims about it, responding to my doubt by claiming he's "done a lot of research." This by itself isn't so bad, I can find out what I need to on my phone, and the bearded fool can be as wrong as he wants, I don't care. I'm not even here to complain that when I asked him to read the model # off the back, his answer seemed to be completely made up! So he's stupid AND dishonest. I wasn't planning on listening to anything he said anyway. The BIG PROBLEM happened after I agreed to buy it. The bearded moron wanted me to buy extra insurance--his "just $5 more" was my 20% of the entire price to begin with; if I wanted insurance I'd buy it from a 3rd party for a fraction of that. He tried making me out to be stupid if I didn't pay his stupid $5; sorry but I already know which one of us was the stupid one. But little babies always need to get the last word in, which he did by saying "oh wait I just noticed I gave you the wrong price, it's not $24 it's actually $34." Um. Wat? That's just a stupid business practice. No customer is going to pay more than the quoted price! This is kindergarten-level stuff. I don't believe for a second that $24 was wrong, but it doesn't matter. When that happens--and it's definitely happened to me before at other Ez-Pawns--you honor the quoted price, ESPECIALLY since it would be dropping to that price at the end of the month anyway! Besides, it's a PAWN SHOP! Every price is flexible because they didn't pay $10 for the used walkman to begin with! No, the idiot needed "revenge" on me because I didn't fall for his sad attempt at selling the extra insurance. I'm actually surprised he didn't say something childish like "you could have had it for only $5 extra, now it's $10 more!" I wish that was all, but it does get worse than this. For the whole price thing, the store manager was standing right behind the idiot, and didn't step in! So apparently this store is corrupt by design, not just because one employee is as stupid as a brick. How wonderful. I feel sorry for anyone desperate enough to actually SELL them something .
