Ent Credit Union: Westside Service Center in Colorado Springs, CO

Feb. 10, 2014: Ashley - helped me today with a new debit card she accidentally erased. She made several mistakes and never apologized. If you are a business owner, look out. She can go give a bad rating or vote down your business when she’s angry at you at the teller line. She definitely can look-up all your accounts and search for your business on-line. We have happy customers. Ashley is unprofessional. I discovered that right after I said, "I'm late for work. You are wasting my time making mistake on the debit card". Just happened to read the rating while waiting for my husband who was in at Ent FCU at 3141 B. Colorado Ave. Colorado Springs, CO - branch for his new debit card. While reading the reviews, my husband called and said 'They accidentally erased your debit card while trying to issue my debit card!' So I went in and at Ashley’s teller window. When I returned to my car and looked at my customers' vote count, it was reduced by one. She has never been to our place of business. I'm looking to move all my accounts to another credit union. So if you happen to meet with "Ashley" - do beware what she can do to you if you make her angry!

Worst ENT in town. Allowed me to pay netflix but not my electric bill!
