Ent Credit Union: Stetson Hills Service Center in Colorado Springs, CO

This is by far the WORST ENT location that I have been to. I wanted to meet with someone to start an in-line credit and the representative that helped me was so rude and incompetent. He did not explain anything clearly to me. Once I left the bank, he called me and told me that he needed me to come back into the bank for my signatures. He said that he had forgot. I was 15 min away by then. Soon after I went into a different ENT location to check on the status of the in-line credit, and they said that it wasn't processed because they did not have all the documentation needed. He COULD NOT and DID NOT do his job. Never coming to this location again.

I had Wells Fargo for years and they continued to provide horrid service and kept messing up my account by not recording deposits. I had to go in numerous times with deposit receipts to verify deposits. I switched to ENT 5 years ago and have been extremely happy with the service. I even switched my car loan there. They are on tip of everything and I have not had an issue in the 5 years I have been there.

This location is very busy. So, you can expect a lengthy wait time. However, the customer service is impeccable and they always do the best they can.

I'll never bank anywhere else! At least I feel this way now, having banked at PNC, BofA, Wells Fargo, and other credit unions! I've been a member of ENT off and on (lived elsewhere) since 1996, and am happy with ENT!

It seams that every time I go to the local branch there is an extremely long line both inside and at the drive-thru. I don't know why they don't have more tellers on duty, but it's consistantly a problem. I consider it bad customer service if I have to wait for 20-40 minutes to see a teller.
