great location in the neighborhood, tellers always willing to help with needs.

They are awesome if your an ENT customer. However if you use another bank they are useless.

I called and talked to Tiffany, she was very helpful and even offered info on additional rewards programs, very friendly and was able to help me more than I had expected. Thanks!!

I will honestly never use this bank for more than cashing a check from now on and I'll probably take the money with me. I will use other means to get my federal return, etc. They will never keep more than a few dollars of mine at a time. I've never in my life had a bank that kept tax money pending for so many days. If I had sent it to a prepaid card I would've had it by now. This is a more greedy bank than I've ever had. I'm pretty sure the IRS is good for the money. I've used a couple different banks in years passed to receive my refund directly not one kept the money pending for 4 or more days. It was in with no problem. All banks are greedy and I don't care for most of them, but ENT takes the cake.
