Caliber Home Loans in Colorado Springs, CO

This company strung my fiance and I along for 5 months and kept telling us everything was good with our loan. Now we are 6 weeks from closing on our new home and have no loan. They have mislead us and promised us things they could not deliver. They also gave us a prequalification letter that obviously was no good. Please do not waste your time and work with these people. Very unprofessional.

I have worked with Debra MacGregor on 2 different loans now. One was for a purchase of a house in 2010 and just last year she helped me refinance that same mortgage down to a 15 year loan, saving me TONS of interest money in the process. Debra made this process so easy for us with her top of the line customer service. Like all mortgage companies, we needed to produce a certain amount of paperwork (especially with me being self employed), but as soon as that was turned in the process was absolutely seamless! I highly recommend Debra and her team at Caliber Home loans. They are professional, personable and punctual.

I recently worked with Lori Sorrels and I recommend her highly. After shopping for a good rate, I was pre-approved with a different mortgage lender but they were not able to meet my closing. I called Lori and not only was she able to make my closing, Caliber's rate was better as well. She was confident that she could do it and was honest with her communication. She and her team delivered. I have had several less than satisfactory dealings with other mortgage providers. With Lori in my rolodex, I won't have to look again.
