Have used them for 10 years, never any issues.

It's 4 of clock in the afternoon and no one is available to take my payment. I keep calling and always get the same voice recording saying the contact center is closed. Apparently 4 of clock is not normal buisness hours. It shouldn't be this hard to give someone else money.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone that can answer some general questions about my loan, since last Thursday. It's now the following Monday. I have left messages, I have called multiple times and no one had been the least bit helpful. I went in today, Monday, to ask some of the lady's if I can talk to someone and they told me, yet again, to come back later. No one is reliable at the bank. I have put all my effort in and I'm pretty frustrated at the lack of people they have on staff, or even more so, the lack of being able to return my calls. Very disappointed, and would recommend saving your time and money. Go to Wells Fargo or my new bank, Ent.

Try other places like ENT Federal Credit Union or Security Service Federal Credit Union. They offer better customer service by far!

Good people. I was not happy with a situation and they made it right. They earned my business, I will be back.
