This is THE best pawn shop in the springs. Their four stores are family owned and have been in business for as long as I can remember. They have a new store manager who seems dedicated to make his store the best. The store was a dump last year, and I barely recognize it now! Not only will this staff offer amazing deals, pawn, sell or buy, but they behave the way I expect to see in a family owned environment. I saw the kid spend 15 minutes on the phone tracking down a tool for a customer.

Do not come here on Thursdays! I have been a frequent customer for ages here. My experience yesterday might have changed that. I came in to see about getting some cash for an item I no longer needed. The older gentleman was extremely rude and treated me like dirt. I was not happy to say the least, but after talking with the store manager today, I left feeling satisfied. He not only made up for yesterday, but he saved a customer as well. And he talked me into leaving with a trade. I will be coming back, just watch out for grumpy old men.

Perfect Place for shopping. They have a return policy, which unlike most Pawn shops *includes* a cash back option. They have fairly comparable prices, work with you when they dont, consider trades. All the things that matter to me, and have the friendliest staff in the area to boot! I have 0 complaints out of many visits.

This place has everything I've needed and wanted. From subs to laptops to phones all well priced with hight quality, I bought my laptop here and still use it it was much lower then the other pawns shops around town! Thanks!
