We had a great experience with Ken at Sun Pacific. We were already in contract with seller and needed to close loan fast. Not only did Ken close a week earlier than expected, their rates were very reasonable. All of the other staff we had contact with were professional and efficient, they even worked on Christmas eve to get our loan closed. I had a very favorable experience with Ken and Sun Pacific Mortgage. They sourced our original renovation loan after our acquisition. Then after we opened and were operational for a few months he was able to refinance our renovation loan with a lower interest rate and provide some additional capital with which to begin Phase II of our project.
