Xceed Financial Credit Union in San Jose, CA

Honestly, don't go near this place. My credit union of 35 years recently merged into Xceed and it has been the most disastrous experience in my financial life. Complete loss of account history, deficient bill paying capabilities, and a phone tree that changed within the first week to prevent you from being able to actually reach a representative. Combine that with a failure to answer support tickets and you've got a recipe for complete disaster. Loved my old credit union. Hate this new one and will be moving on as soon as I can get my account history for tax purposes.

I have had two car loans, and recently my motorcycle loan from XFCU. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Karla Ortiz. I'd highly recommend seeing her and working with her directly for all your banking needs.
