How do I start my ordeal with these so called "non profit organization" well, let's see... Roughly about 5 years ago I made a deal with the devil.... yes, it sounds horrible right? these people have no intentions of helping small businesses "succeed" as they advertise it... nope! not at all. We have been loyal clients from the very first day we signed our lives away and even made extra payments in the beginning, but clearly they could careless about that... In the year 2014 we decided to go for a second loan through them as the opportunity to purchase a small café came along and given the fact that we "THOUGHT" we had a good relationship with O.F We did not hesitate it on going for it. WHAT A MISTAKE! having no other way out of our situation we were forced to use all of our resources to keep our dreams on as lot's of expenses piled up on us we fell behind our monthly payments by two months, and I explained the situation to them and told them I would send out small payments and catching up with them should not be an issue. The person I spoke to said it would not be a problem as I had a good record with them... Within a month I received threatening letters, phone calls etc etc. They threatened me to close my café and to sell all my existing equipment wow! really? I thought you were on my side! long story short, three days later my oldest son called me at my café very stressed out about some guy taking away our cargo van, yes... you have my entire family stressed out and traumatized THANKS A LOT! I rushed over to my house and to my surprise the tow truck driver said, very rudely... "oh, yes sir I am taking your van, call your lending people I am getting paid to do this" I then told O.F that I could pay the remaining balance by the next day, but please not to take my working van... as I need it for work, they just gave me the run around, to call this other representative person and to explain my case and which I did.. at the end they took my vehicle anyways, saying what's done is done. At this point my remaining balance with them of $2600 went up to a total of $5000 in order to recuperate my cargo van... "thank you so much for your support and for understanding my situation O.F" YOU ALMOST LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY OUT OF BUSINESS! If we were able to pay these people 17K in a year and a half from a 45k loan does it not tell you that we are good folks? responsible? people who work really hard and that sadly there is a bumpy road that we all have to cross? we did not deserve to be treated that way. We have now been in some kind of communication with at least 3 different people, who by the way are so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL who call my cellphone every time we are late 4 or 5 days with the same threats that my account is under management review etc etc... The first time I received a call from a "Yvonne or Sonya" one of them, well, they are both rude" she said "do you pay now or what?" seriously? shouldn't they capacitate these individuals? I honestly thought I was receiving a call from a criminal demanding money for ransom as they call with bad attitude and hanging up on you... wow! I also have received messages from them for other clients who I believe are also having rough times... mmmm not cool you are disclosing private information you know...but then again, you are not professionals here. SAD! We now are working with a state fund for hard working folks such as ourselves so that we can pay up the remaining balance and get these devils off our backs. If you are considering getting a loan to start your small business, PLEASE! do not make the same mistake and do a research for other options...STAY AWAY FROM OPPORTUNITY FRAUD....FUND!"

For a minute I thought they waer a good company wile they are getting paid it all good for them but when you get in to a accident and you're with out ur semi for more than 3 month they are not willing to work with you I been in business for more than 16 years now so they could always extended the loan or work something out but here there is working things out I ask them for something in writing and never got anything all they did is report negative feedback to my credit report thanks OPPORTUNITY FUND.....
