Good customer service, generous, better banking

One of the best customer service ever,

The Park Avenue location is not a safe place to bank. A crazy guy threatened me and another client, Golden1 personnel, rather than call the cops as I asked them to, called their security guys, who came after a few minutes, but the crazy guy (and accomplice) were laying in wait in their car outside to fight me, and it's only after two security guys were there *and* the crazy saw me pull out my phone to dial 911 (to no avail; 911 doesn't work from there apparently) that they took off - I was later told by another security guy that the accomplice was a gal so I guess the beating-up I was threatened with would have been by just one guy (half my age and half again my size) while the gal just was the getaway driver. Golden1 of course has no control over what kind of people bank there but they certainly have control over how a situation like that is handled. I've banked in some pretty rough areas and never had a problem because if someone in a bank threatens to beat up other customers, normally that is not tolerated and the cops are called. Again, it's probably a fine place to bank if you're up for some street fighting. If you're the average bank customer, you'll not be comfortable here.
