I have been a loyal customer for going on three years now. When I first started using your services, it was always fast, efficient, and the staff very helpful and friendly. Over the years this quality of service has been declining at an alarming speed, and my last couple of encounters have been increasingly unpleasant. The staff at this location has absolutely no sense of urgency. The last time I was there to make a payment on my loan (EPP). The line was out the door, with ONE person behind the counter. I thought that the store may have just been understaffed, or what have you. However, as the other customers were getting restless and impatient, I see that there are THREE other staff members, in the back, just chatting, laughing, talking about god knows what with customers' documents in hand, completely distracted. After standing in line for 40 minutes, it was finally my turn. To my dismay it turns out the debit card machine is down. She told me I had to go get cash and come back, but I was on a time schedule and could not afford to wait in line for another 40 fucking minutes. I asked her if she could please help me when I came back (since it was not my fault the machine was down and I just waited 40 minutes for nothing) but I had to wait in line, again. I missed my Doctor's appointment for this by the way. When I came back, I was aggravated and irritated, because once again, there was one person helping everybody. Where was everybody else? who the fuck knows, probably having an orgy in the back on top of a mountain of cash. Anyways, as I'm paying with cash, I tried to provide some constructive criticism in good faith. I told the worker (don't remember her name) that she could have put up a sign, or announce to the 50 customers in the store that the debit machine was down, so that we could avoid WASTING TIME IN LINE WITHOUT KNOWING THAT THEY COULD ONLY ACCEPT CASH. I was very professional, courteous and discreet in my minor complaint, and this little girl had the nerve to ARGUE with me, like if we were on the street, and not in her workplace, where customer service and professionalism is everything. Instead of being understanding, friendly and careful about handling a complaint she became standoffish and defensive. She immediately changed her fake smile and raised her eyebrows at me, instead of humbly taking responsibility for horrendous service and snarky attitude. I could not believe the lack of understanding, COMMON SENSE and work ethic when it comes to handling issues- positive and negative, like an adult. I will make sure I tell everybody I know to avoid this place like the plague. I hope it goes out of business.

OMG this people are so slow I wanna stabb my self in the head. I have been here for 2hrs now trying to cash my check. It ridiculous, the workers talk too much....

First time I came the service was pretty good and the line was always going by fast but the last couple times I've gone, I've seen nothing but 1 person behind the counter while there's a huge line! Although there were a total of 3 girls behind the doors only 1 was helping the line. As soon as the other girls lunch was over she took the place of the one helping but still ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING! WTF IS THAT. One of the girls walked out from the back and started looking at some paper work next to the other helping the line. While she did that someone finally worked up the courage to say something to the girl helping us and the girl that was looking at paperwork was mocking the customer (customer couldn't see because of the support wall) and making ugly faces at her. As soon as I saw that I walked out of there and never went back. Place has horrible service and the employees don't seem to have a sense of urgency, politeness, or respect. Don't go here !
