You will not get the loan and will be working on wasting your time every day and ask you to send more documents .Note that I do, and I have a business account with another bank and did not ask me the same documents required by the smatbiz   . CEO Evan Singer says, will get a loan after seven days, and I waited for seventy days and the only response that I got it five minutes after my request cancellation of the loan and agreed to the cancellation. Their motto is "SBA Loans Made Easy". This could be nothing further from the truth. I spent 1-2 hours a day for nearly 3 weeks trying to comply to all their requests for information. I finally had to throw my hands in the air and say "I quit". Extremely frustrating experience, complete waste of time.

I didn't give 1 start just because it seemed like these guys were trying to help, but eventually the result was "0". My case was handled by Jon Oseguera. I wasted a lot of personal time (which is the most valuable resource for any small business owner), they asked me to send TONS of paperwork, personal and business financial information, just to say at the end that my company does not qualify. My application was in process for about 2 month, going back and forth, and in the end they declined to finance and forwarded my case to some 3-rd party unknown company that is not worth dealing with. If they want to work with business owners and to be successful, they should understand a few simple things: 1) business owners value their time; 2) if the company does not quality to be financed under your terms, why not tell this at the beginning? 3) there are other financing institutions available. My advise - stay away and go get financing from your business bank.

Great to work with. Helped through the whole process making a very complicated and detailed application simple to do. Highly recommend using if you are applying for an SBA loan.
