Convenient location but only street parking.

This is a really friendly, fast and professional service. I am a member of another credit union altogether but use Patelco for my transactions as my CU is downtown. Patelco associates make me feel like one of their own members. AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Thank you so very much.

Pros: - Professionalism of the staff (My car loan did Darren. He explains everything in great detail. He sincerely wants to help you. When I found the car, Darren called the dealer several times to save my time). - Low interest (for car loans this is 2.6%). - Well-functioning web site (this is unusual for credit unions). - This branch works even on Saturday. - If you open a check account, then you receive a debit card and checkbook immediately. - In general, the impression of this credit union is better than that of others (Fire Credit Union and Federal Credit Union). Cons: - On Saturday, this branch is open only until 2:00 pm.
