I was shopping around for a home purchase loan. Ideally I wanted to break down the loan in somewhat unconventional way using products in different categories. I checked two major banks, one credit union, and one independent mortgage lender. The short answer from all these places was: "Oh, we can't do that". Petya was highly recommended by my realtor. Five minutes into the first conversation with Petya I realized that she was trying to understand the reasoning of my requirements and if this is the right solution for me. Whether this complicated loan can be done or not was out of the question. She simply said: "Yes, I can do that" and "Yes, I can do it on time". After a few suggestions from her the rest of the process went as smooth as it can be. Petya took ownership of the whole process, working with agents on both sides, escrow companies, banks, making sure documents are submitted on time and deadlines are met. She was always available to answer questions. Very fast email response. She showed outstanding professionalism and customer care. I'm very confident saying that she is the best.
