Morgan Home Loan Funding Corporation in San Diego, CA

My ex husband was dealing with Lonnie from Morgan Home funding, and while I was in Pennsylvania last summer visiting my family,I received a phone call from Lonnie. TELLING me HE is working with my ex and I need to be in his office the following week to sing some papers. I was forced to tell him to back up and slow down. This paperwork that needed my help was due in May and it was now August. So since he was in NO hurry to meet the court ordered deadline, I was in no hurry to do what they needed me to do. I then told him I wont be back to San Diego for 2 plus weeks and I would get with him then. Turned out my mother ended up in the hospital and I had to delay my return to San Diego, I received a few more DEMANDING phone calls and messeges from Lonnie until finally I had to call him and tell him off, and give him the reason for my delay. Only then when he was told what an ass he was being did he apologize to me and offered his "thoughts and prayers" for my mother and family. I would NOT do business with them EVER again. so NOT customer friendly, rude, cocky and very unprofessional!

I have worked with Morgan home funding for my home purchase and now I'm also doing my home refinancing with them. I have had a great experience and highly recommend them. I haven't worked with all of the staff there, but have mainly worked with Mr. Travis Gillespie. One of my friends introduced Travis to me and highly recommended him. He asked us to go to his office and gave me all of the information I needed and explained all of the necessary details and answered my questions with patience. He honestly explained to us all of the costs, fees, etc. upfront to avoid any surprises for us when we get close to closing. Travis is very responsible and responsive. He is also very easy to work with and also trustworthy. This helped me feel confident and comfortable when working with him. He did his best to finish the closing process as soon as possible for us and we were able to close as quickly as possible. I have recommended him to a few of my friends and relatives, and they share the same opinion with me. As I mentioned, for my refinance I went back to them again. I highly recommend Travis and Morgan Home Funding.
