Either this place is closed.... or it's a front for money laundering or drugs. This place is never open. I'm afraid to get a loan from here because I feel I will never be able to retrieve my item. This place is taking up space where another small business can be occupying it. Police and Ocean Beach local government, please investigate what is going on here. This place can't possibly be making any money closed all the time.

The best thing about American business is that competition is everywhere. If you can't do it or won't do it, then another firm will. Here's a company three customers visited this morning between 10:20 and 10:40am on a Monday. Website says 'open.' Sign says 'open.' But--they're not open. If you can't make it to work at 10am like you say, don't say you're open. Add me to the reviewers who say this is a poorly run business--and yet lucky enough to stay open in spite of your poor performance. Thankfully, there are nine other pawn shops in the vicinity who will take my business.

I had a item I needed to pawn. I called but all I got was answering machine. Si I decided to take it in person( heavy item) and dragged it over there only to find out that the place is going to closed for almost another 2 weeks!!!! I have no car to go elsewhere and there is no other pawn shop near or in the neighborhood of O.B.. they definitely need another reliable pawn shop to open up to let these people know what time it is!!! Unsatisfied Customer

This place is awesome. They are always picking upa variety of interesting quality stuff and have always offered me fair prices on loans. I have lived in ob for a long time and am glad they are here!
