I switched them due to a better home rate. Initially I had some issues with setup and the load amounts, but post that I have not had any bad issues.

These guys settle accounts for NetSpend PREPAID and/or reloadable VISA cards. Since they operate with NetSpend they are crooks by association. Accessories. NetSpend is responsible for stealing kids birthday money in the form of PREPAID gift cards across the country and several accounts across the Internet demonstrate people losing their income tax returns that are automatically deposited to these cards and countless other accounts of people being financially strangled with ridiculous fees and/or having their "prepaid" balances frozen!! That's just stealing.

if your employer sets you up with a skylight card at the start, switch to direct deposit as soon as you can. They are frauds and thieves as almost everyone I work with, including myself, has had their card "stolen" and used for groceries in various places throughout the country. You'll call, they'll cancel your card, send you another one, and then the exact same thing happens again. bogus.

I use BofI for business banking due to favorable interest rates. Setting up a new account was a pain and the banker was not very responsive. I'm switching banks due to very poor customer service. For example, you have to change password every 90 days but can't do this online. You must call support but good luck talking to a human. In fact, all you get is on hold music so you have no idea if you'll be on for 5 minutes or 30 minutes. My statements aren't emailed to me so I have no way to access my account info! When you call the tech support # and press option 3 to update your password, the automated voicemail takes you back to the original message! I feel like I'm dealing with some tiny mom & pop bank
