California Loan & Jewelry in Sacramento, CA

I stopped by this store while walking downtown and was really really impressed by the stores cleanliness and displays. I also was surprised by the prices so I made a point to come back and shop when I got paid next. I purchased a very nice piece of jewelry that was something I'd never afford at another store new. Also, the customer service, they treated me very well and I wanted to come back. Other retailers should take a lesson in treating customers from California Loan and Jewelry. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an original gift or bargain or whatever, because you'd get a great deal and be treated great.

Michelle and the team at California Loan & Jewelry are above and beyond FANTASTIC! They have made my wife's engagement ring and wedding band about 2 years ago and we could not be happier with how it came out. I then just decided to add an additional wedding band to it and again the team at CL&J did a impeccable job! I am very particular who I trust with custom made jewelry and I can tell you that I wouldn't go anywhere else. I live almost 100 miles away in SF but will always make the trip to Downtown Sacramento to work with the great people and quality they provide!

The folks here are great. I've been dealing with them for over a year and they are polite, personable and professional. Ignore the negative posts. This is a business and businesses have to make money. They are not there to hand out money and collect junk that there is no market for. A clear understanding of that may save some heart ache. Rafi and Luna helped make our whole wedding experience even more wonderful than it would have been otherwise. My wife and I got married in October and visited Ichabod's after reading about them on google. We worked with Rafi and Luna to custom design our rings and ended up with rings we both LOVE! We each get complimented on them all the time and are SO very happy we bought our rings here. We will definitely be shopping here for anniversary rings to come!
