Speedy Cash in Riverside, CA

I was a long term Customer. Ever since the original staff have left these guys have been terrible. they deposited my check even AFTER they said they would hold it until I got in. I called ahead of time to verify they would hold my check...i was told "yes we have it and we will hold it." Came in a couple hours later....my check was sent off to be deposited. This had happened 3 TIMES (at one point I had to get the general manager Mike to help me out). Done with these guys. If you want to go there...do so at your own risk!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I was a customer here for 2 years. Two weeks ago I took out another loan and the girl wrote up my contract wrong. I was supposed to repay every two weeks and she only put one week WITHOUT telling me. They went and took $300 out of my bank account and since I didn't have sufficient funds I went into the negative which my bank is going to charge me $75 for. I called them and explained what happened and they ADMITTED that they were wrong. They told me they would refund the $315 (yeah, they also charged a "late fee") and that's it. I told them I now owe the bank $75 for THEIR mistake and they refuse to take responsibility. I am now out $390 because SPEEDY CASH won't take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKE. I will NEVER do business with this company again. STAY AWAY FROM SPEEDY CASH!

I haven't done business with them in 10 years but I can say their customer service back then was awesome and done in a timely manner. I recently called them to possibly do business with them again and their customer service just over the phone hasn't changed. They were awesome and very helpful. I plan on 100% doing business with them in the near future and would recommend them highly for any one of their services. Thanks Speedy Cash for having what businesses seem to sadly lack these days....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ACTUAL PEOPLE!!! AND NOT A MACHINE OR KIOSK ETC.!!!♡♡♡
