I'm bad for walk-ins, but there always seems to be someone available. Katy does an amazing job! They are all so polite. I'll even ask what they're taking about in Vietnamese and they readily include me in the conversation.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they were so rude and my nails look horrible. The price that I paid for just a gel set I could've gone and had a pedicure and a full set somewhere nicer! So disappointed...

Don't come for cute designs. If you want a basic Mani/pedi this is your place. I asked for them to paint a Snitch from Harry potter and what I got was nothing of that sort. And when they couldn't do it, they blamed it on my nails being too small. All I asked was for a gold ball and wings... My sister asked for a design as well and was disappointed too.

Loan, Tanya, Thai and Kim are excellent. They do a great job at hair, nails, colorings, waxing, and permanent make up. The entire team is very, warm and beyond friendly. It is a family atmosphere where everyone is welcomed and part of the family! I have been using their services for over 10 years, and I know many of their customers have been with them for more than 15-18 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
