I went in looking for very specific items and though I was unable to find what I was looking for (it was a one in a million chance I'd find it) the staff was incredible - patient, kind, knowledgeable, courteous, all you hope for when shopping for jewelry. They provided individual customer assistance and service which is invaluable to me. I did end up purchasing a couple of gorgeous items at excellent prices, and they even cleaned, polished, and boxed the items for me! Thank you, Traders Loan and Jewelry!
