I WAS NERVOUS TO APPLY FOR A TITLE LOAN, BUT ONCE I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A GUY HERE, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, I MUST OF ASKED HIM LIKE 20 QUESTIONS. HE ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND I FELT OKAY. ONCE GETTING THERE, I WAS SEEN RIGHT AWAY AND STARTED ON MY QUOTE. WHICH I GOT A BETTER PRICE THEN THE OTHER TITLE LOANS COMPANIES THAT I HAD CALLED THAT SAME DAY EARLIER. HE ALSO MADE SO I CAN AFFORD THE MONTHLY PAYMENT WITH MY TIGHT INCOME. I GOT ALL COPIES FROM MY CONTRACT AND THE CASH LIKE IN 20 MINUTES. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. *****

Don't ever go to this company. It was own by Russian crocodiles. They would rip you off in a second. Alex and mikel are crooks. They would repo your car even you talk to them.

If I could give no stars I would!! Ok so im in a financial rut as most people are that want a title loan...and I call this place after verifying papers, and getting documents together, then sending pics of my title and my car, asking questions about credit..which I was very clear ..i pay everything in cash...they have me and my wife and our newborn baby drive over 100 miles to their office..make copies of all my papers and then proceed to tell me they wont give me a loan because I have no credit..which I made clear over the phone..by the way people..im not sure what kind of scam theyre running..BUT WHEN DOING A TITLE LOAN..YOUR TITLE IS YOUR CREDIT!!..then when I asked the lady for a print out of my things I sent her...she said the emails never had a pic connected...straight bull$hitter!!! if you never got the pics , why have us drive down..lieing a#$ trick... I would never recommend this place...we were stuck in north hollywood..no gas..no money..and a newborn in the car!!! We found a way better place to give us the loan...Alex and his group of scam artist are horrible businessman and I personally think theyre stealing peoples information that apply for loans..then denying them based on credit...again YOUR TITLE IS YOUR CREDIT...people beware if you choose to do business here..you may become a victim of identity theft
