I met Jan Brzeski several years ago as a student enrolled in one of his real estate courses at UCLA and as an attendee at the annual Real Estate Roundtable he hosts at UCLA. I had no expectation of becoming an investor in one of Jan’s funds, but I am very happy that it happened. I am a conservative investor and it took several months to finally make a decision to invest.
