I have refinanced two loans with Dave Phan and had wonderful experiences. He was through, always kept me up to date on the process, and clearly understands the concept of under promise and over deliver because he closed the loan sooner than I expected and at a better rate that I thought I could get. Overall, flawless experience!

We have used Dave Phan to refinance our home for several years. Our current rate is less than 3.5%, and we have saved hundreds of dollars each month. Dave made the process so easy. The refinance paperwork was signed at our house at night after work, so everything was very convenient. We refer Dave to all of our friends and everyone says he does great work. I would highly recommend him.

We recently refinanced our home with a VA loan through Northern Mortgage Company. We worked with Nichole Marie Ellis through most of the process and she kept us very informed on the status of the loan. It took a little while to close the loan due to some unique circumstances on our end needing my military separation documents and being a business owner. We had 2 other loan companies that couldn't close the deal but Nichole and the team at Northern Mortgage got the job done. 5/2/2016 David helped us once again refinance our home and did a great job in obtaining a 20 year loan with NO mortgage insurance based on our insufficient equity which other lenders could not accomplish. The loan process was smooth, we closed Escrow very quickly and the loan fee was almost zero. I would highly recommend David for your home purchase or refinance needs. 11/27/2013 David did such a good job in refinancing our home, obtained the best rate possible, he was honest, fast and dedicated. His outcome was a bless for our family because we can now afford our home more easily. I won't hesitate to do another transition with David.
