I actually don't have a problem in this company. The reason I am writing this review is for their mortgage specialist, Ginger Anady. She was with Movement Mortgage at that time. We wanted to buy a house in California so we find a mortgage company to help us on getting a house. She is very very unprofessional. She was helping us at first but later on the process of getting the pre-approval after she gets all our paper work, she just disappeared. Never return our calls nor emails. Never reached out to us if we get qualified or not. The last time we talked to her is that she is working with the underwriter. We waited months to get the pre-approval but still didnt get it from her. So since we are running out of time and we really want to get a house. we went to another mortgage broker which is way way better than her. we get the pre-approval in probably like 2 weeks that includes the paper work that we need to gather for her. but it is really really quick. we know it's quick because this is not our first time in buying a house but first time here in california. we just closed our house last month and we are so happy on switching to another company. if you will use this company for applying for home mortgage, don't use Ginger Anady, just find somebody else. do not do business with her.
