I was really amazed at the help and great service I received from Network Capital. Mr. Colby Joseph Cline was very patient and professional and the application of refinancing my home was done efficiently, quick and a painless process. Mr. Colby Cline was able to reduce my monthly mortgage payment by $250.00 a month. Plus my rate of interest was reduced from 3.252 % Apr to 3.000 % Apr. Being retired this was very beneficial for me. They had rates and fees that were competitive, but fees were slightly better with another company so I elected to go with them. The Network Capital broker kept dealing and was very persistent, but kept delaying while needing to check with the manager. I was about to lose my locked rate with the other company if I did not move forward. Could not get a final revised quote in time from Network Capital. They had charged my card prematurely for the appraisal (not scheduled or performed), but eventually refunded it so no real problem there. The real reason for only 3 stars are the daily phone calls I continue to receive. I have asked them to stop, but they continue from multiple different Network Capital offices. It is starting to feel like a used car salesman calling me daily. at this point even if the fees were lowered I don't think I would go back with Network Capital due to the unprofessional "feel" of the interactions.

Great company, very responsive and easy to do business with. My Account Manager, Andrew Lauderback, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job putting together competitive quotes for my situation but more importantly, took the time to go over all my options and explain the information to me.
