Working with a client now on home. We lost the deal because of greenlight scam company! Avoid them like the plague!!!!!! This company is a part of Nationstar Mortgage which is also a scam company.

Whether they change the name from Greenlight loans to Mr. Cooper or Nationstar, this company has the worst customer service. Strung my 70 year old mother along to do a refinance asking for 30 different documents and hand signed letters and then told her two days before the loan was supposed to close that the loan was not approved unless she added another quarter percent more than she is paying already. Every person you try to call in management is on vacation or out of the office and they leave a number on their voicemail to reach another person who is also out of the office and so on. Worst customer service ever, stick with Quicken Loans.
