Customer service leaves so much to be desired. Been on the phone now for over 12 minutes, and keep getting cycled over and over again.

Cancelled our services on July of 2015. We were NEVER informed this needed to be a written and signed statement through fax or mail. According to the representative we spoke to we were "all set" .When we called to find out why we were still being charged for a year for a service that was not being used they now decided to do this the "right way". We wanted our money back for the year that we have been paying without even using the service and they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and no help at all. Our money has yet to be refunded and we are not happy!

This company has left my company in a compromised situation with unacceptable standards that are lower than desirable. We have been trying to reach Merchant Services for weeks. I have left three messages with the Sr. Account Exec who set up our account with Merchant Services. I have called the listed customer service number and have been placed in an endless circle that leaves the robo-phone ultimately hanging up on me. I feel that this company has left my company in a compromised situation. Not good for business. I'm hoping that someone there see this review and recognize the difficulties I am having reaching their company. Help!

LIARS! Never have we reached out to this company. They reached out to the company I work for and when I answered the phone, I said my name and now they call and ask for me. I asked them to take me off their call list and put me on their do not call list and they told the office assistant "But we know Emily" and she perked up, "Oh, how do you know Emily?" and Vincent said, "well not personally but she has reached out to us" NO I HAVE NOT! I NEVER HAVE REACHED TO THIS COMPANY! They cold called me and I was looking for a new cc processing so I made the HUGE mistake of saying, "I might be interested" and then they tried to set up an appointment and I did not confirm, then two reps JUST SHOWED UP AND DIDN'T EXPLAIN WHO THEY WERE WITH! It wasn't until the sales guy started his pitch and I started suffocating on the patchouli he was doused in that I realized who they were. They left and I told them I was not interest. Every month they call and every person in the office has told them we are not interested a bunch of times. So now, three people, the owner, myself and the office assistant have all asked to be put on the do not call list and taken off the call list and Merchant Services has NOT taken us off and continues to call. They call at least once a month and say the exact same thing. I think it's time I call the Better Business Bureau....
