Lobel Financial in Fresno, CA

I live in Central California and I had to deal with them because my credit was low. I have had my vehicle for two years now and have been late one time(fifteen days). The reason I am giving them a one star is because every time I call to make a payment, I have to pay $10. It shouldn't be that high because they are getting their payment on time. They keep telling me that there will be online payment soon, but it doesn't happen. This tells me they don't care much about customer care. I really think that the company is so huge that they don't care to see the little things... of course their job is to collect and not make friends but they could use a class on phone etiquette and customer service.

THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! I AM BACK IN THEIR OFFICE (LITERALLY, I AM SITTING HERE WAITING ON THEIR STAFF THAT IS ALWAYS ON LUNCH AND IS THE "ONLY" PERSON THAT CAN HELP ME) MY CAR WAS PAID OFF ALOST THREE YEARS AGO AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY THEM FOR MY TITLE BECAUSE LOBEL SENT MY TITLE TO A RANDOM ADDRESS OUT OF STATE!!!! I CAN NOT STAND LOBEL,

Horrible "finance company" and I quote because they stated to me over the phone they are not a regular bank. They also made me feel like I was nothing so unprofessional rude and judgmental. I will never deal with them again. Ever I don't recommended at all.

Horrible customer service! These representatives are extremely rude and do not know how to talk to people in a respectful manner. They do not dress professionally they look like they're going to a club or something and they always try to talk down to others. Just because you sit behind a desk, does not make you any better than anyone! It's sad to see that customer service is slowly fading away! There is no respect and employees do not care about helping customers at all!

This has to be the most disgusting place for customer service of all time. The people there are rude, disrespectful and feel as if they are above you. I would never recommend them to anyone. They don't treat like a customer, they treat you like trash. Especially the "women" working in the redemption department by the names of "Leslie" and "Niaomi" (if those are even there names). The manager is useless to speak to. If you can avoid this company then please do yourself the favor and do. I've met children with a lot more respect and manners. I will never go to them for any car business again, not worth it.
