Crooks, Liars, they basically make up the rules as they go. I have a 4000 dollar guitar down there that they wont release I have to file a complaint, hire a lawyer, and a bunch off bull@#$%$#@#$% to get my property back. A buddy of mine past away, but before he did he told me he wanted me to have this guitar.(Gibson 1942 J45) its a nice guitar and they know it. he signed the ticket and told me that all I had to do was pay the ticket off and the guitar was mine unfortunately he passed away about a month later. I went down to get the guitar had the money to pay and they wouldn't release it to me even though everything on their ticket said I have every right to it , he still would not release it. He told me its solely up to the owners discretion, whether to release it. told me to come back on the fourth after he talks to the owner well the ticket is up on the third. gee isn't that funny.

The boys at M.A. Griffin & Sons mean well! Except for that young idiot looking kid who walks around offending customer without realizing it. The other guys try too hard to compensate for personal shortcomings! But, at the end of the day, they will give you a good deal! I am proud to call them my nephews! these guys are only interested in keeping your jewelry, I went there one day after my contract was due and they told me they no longer had my jewelry, I went back a few weeks after that and they had it for sale, I now go to all american jewelry where they arent interested at all in keeping your stuff. Stay away from these thiefs!!!

This place used to be the best pawn shop in town with a wide variety of products clean welcoming environment with kind upbeat friendly staff members now when you enter it is dirty stuff piled (not neatly stacked or arranged propelry at all) all over the floor and the staff is very unreliable and unknowable I walked in two weeks ago with a generation one PlayStation 3 power cord HDMI and several games and before I could even pull it from the backpack the person who was "assisting" me seemed very much uninterested in my situation and then tells me he can only give me $10 for everything I understand that the demand for gaming equipment during this time of year and the condition of the said console and what it comes with but in all $10 is pretty insulting and then retracted the offer because of a sticker this place has seriously lost its appeal and sadly I believe I will no longer be bringing my business to this poorly ran establishment
